The expansion of Chase River Elementary School includes a two-storey modular building with six new classrooms. Colourful vertical accents punctuate the white panel façade, while projecting metal sunshades and a generous entrance canopy provide depth and weather protection.

The design combines smooth panels with textured vertical cladding, complemented by a recessed entrance and contrasting doors. New landscaping and pedestrian pathways connect the addition to the existing school grounds.
