Situated on the grounds of Mount Douglas Secondary School, this new daycare facility features two childcare studios arranged in a ‘L’ formation around an outdoor play area. The building was designed as a modular construction, though unlike typical factory-built classrooms the design features gable roofs to make the building feel more at home in the surrounding residential neighbourhood.
